We're halfway through the year and I can't stress enough how important it is to put boundaries on all your friendships and relationships in order to protect your peace. Sometimes we have to put ourselves first and that includes placing boundaries on the things that we will and will not accept as adults. When relationships are being tested always plan for a positive outcome, but remember to speak up and have a voice, be direct like an adult should be. Lastly, remember there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a break from certain relationships and friendships in general. Everything in life shouldn't be taken so serious or personal.
